From the pages of Chaosium Inc's award-winning Call of Cthulhu campaign Horror on the Orient Express comes the Medallion of Ithaqua, an artefact of horror and dread.
Once you touch it, you can never let it go...
The Medallion of Ithaqua is a heavy metal medallion with an antique gold finish, designed by Lynda Mills, updated from the original 1991 sketch by Earl Geier.
One side of the prop-quality medallion features strange and ghostly figure, while the reverse shows a screaming face. The 3D design features arcane symbols and discomforting angles.
The medallion measures 60mm diameter (2.5") and is 4mm thick (0.16"). It weighs 110 grams, and comes with an antique plated chain 75 cm (30") long.
"This is going to be a joy to actually use in the campaign" - Alex Lucard, Diehard GameFAN
